NERAASA lottery winner announced: 7:00pm
Committee meeting begins: 7:30pm
All are welcome to attend the SENY Committee meetings, but voting members include Area Officers, DCMCs, DCMs, Area Standing Committee Chairs, and Past Delegates. Alternates can vote if their primary isn’t present.
Quorum needed to conduct voting at Committee meetings: At least 12 registered District Committee Members. In counties that have no districts, District Committee Member Chairpersons shall be counted as District Committee Members in determining the quorum for committee meetings.
Next Area 49 SENY Assembly (hybrid)
Saturday, January 10, Assembly begins 10:00am.
Westchester Community College + Virtual
All are welcome to attend the SENY Assemblies, but voting members include Area Officers, DCMCs, DCMs, Area Standing Committee Chairs, GSRs, and Past Delegates. Alternates can vote if their primary isn’t present.

Below is information from the 75th General Service Conference, held from April 27 to May 3, 2025. For the four-digit passcode to access the Conference background, please refer to the February 26th or March 12th SENY email titled “Delegate’s Questionnaire 2025.”

Proposed Items for the Agenda of the 2026 General Service Conference
Below is a list of items that have been submitted for the Conference Agenda. These proposed items are not the final agenda items for the Conference committee agendas. These proposed items will be reviewed by trustees’ committees, who may forward them to a Conference committee, keep them at the Board level for additional background and consideration, or route them to the A.A.W.S. or Grapevine Boards. The final list of Conference committee agenda items will be available in early February following the General Service Board meeting.

The purpose of NERAASA is for General Service Representatives (GSR’s), District Committee Members (DCM’s), Area Officers, Area Committee Members, District Committee Members, and Intergroup/Central Office Representatives of the Northeast Region to discuss General Service Conference related issues and concerns affecting A.A. as a whole, as well as pertinent aspects of recovery, unity and service common to the areas of the Northeast Region.

The purpose of the Quarterly Financial Report (“QFR”) is to provide regular updates on the financial status of its service entities – the General Service Board of Alcoholics Anonymous, Inc. (“GSB”), Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. (“AAWS”) and the AA Grapevine, Inc. (“AAGV”) that may be shared with the Fellowship of AA.
Our Primary Purpose: GSO Podcast
Through interviews with GSO staff and voices from A.A. history and the Fellowship today, we explore how GSO supports A.A. to carry the message of recovery to those who need it most.
